YO! JAPAN ships Japanese lifestyle and interior goods to customers overseas.
Available shipping methods, shipping fees, and delivery estimates depend on the delivery country, product size, and product weight. The exact shipping fee is shown during checkout before payment.
Dispatch Time
For items in stock, we normally begin preparing shipment after the order is confirmed. Supplier-ordered items and bulky items may require additional handling time.
For international orders of normal in-stock items, the usual estimate is approximately 6-14 business days after order confirmation.
Delivery estimates are business-day estimates. Weekends, public holidays, supplier holidays, forwarding-point processing, customs procedures, and local delivery conditions may affect the final delivery date.
Tracking
All shipments include tracking. Tracking details will be provided after dispatch.
Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes
Import VAT, customs duties, and clearance fees charged by the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping fee. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the customer (recipient). Please contact your local customs authority or delivery carrier for details.
