These terms set out the conditions for using the YO! JAPAN online store. By using this store, you agree to these terms.
Product Information
We try to display product images, sizes, colors, and specifications as accurately as possible. Actual products may differ slightly due to screen settings or production lots.
Orders
After you place an order, we will send an order confirmation email. We may cancel or review an order if stock is unavailable, shipping restrictions apply, pricing information is incorrect, or other unavoidable circumstances occur.
Prices and Payment
Product prices and shipping fees are shown during checkout. For international delivery, import VAT, customs duties, and clearance fees are not included in those amounts and, if assessed, are the responsibility of the customer (recipient).
Account and Customer Information
Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date information when placing an order or creating an account. Incorrect information may prevent delivery or customer support.
